When a single person or group of friends begin laughing and swinging their arms franticly for no apparent reason. Very commonly see at parties with a bunch of idiots or drunken peoples. (Most likely both)

Dude, I accidently slapped Christian in the face during that Lol Frenzy last night! It was crazy!
