A variation on the term facepalm. Used when someone or something is so stupid you would rather be hit in the face with a bus than endure it any longer.

Gigi: I was doing a meme on DeviantArt and in one of the boxes it came up with "Sasuke receives a gift of sexy lingerie from Itachi what is his reaction?"
