the act of getting in a large pack of sweaty teenagers (usually at a dance or concert) during the song sandstorm and/or another crazy song, and pushing and shoving eachother until you fall to the ground helplessly.
Ryan: Dude, my chick was stepped on last night.

Ryan: Yeah. And I think I was the one who stepped on her.
