Punch and Judy 

A sexual act where a man and a woman have sex while they are both being anally probed (i.e. fingered, fisted, etc.). Because of the difficulties in reaching to perform it, this would usually be done in a threesome/foursome/gangbang scenario.

"We did some weird things last night, she even invited her friend over for a Punch and Judy."
