A) The act of thoroughly washing ones testicles.
B) Bathing specifically for the purpose of washing testicles.

Could also be seen as the male equivalent of "I'm washing my hair", as it can be used as an excuse or obscure rejection.

Sam: Hey man, wanna come down the pub?

Tom: Nah, can't dude I'm croaning tonight.
