Neurodrifting

Neurodrifting is the shifting movement of attention, presence, perception, and thought often experienced by people with ADHD. It describes how attention can drift, move, jump, or reorient rather than simply being absent or distracted.
I was not ignoring the conversation; I was neurodrifting between what was being said, a memory, and an idea that had just appeared in my mind.
