Quirky is used when someone feels "out of line", or "different from the rest". Usually used by normal people doing normal things.

Person 1: Oh my gahd Jessica stahp ! You know you can't walk on the grass, there's a "no walking on grass" sign !!!
Person 2: I knowww I'm so quirky yaaah
