Hillbilly Handshake

The sexual act whereby one uses one's hands to induce an orgasm in a direct relative. The Hillbilly Handshake is usually practiced by inhabitants of the U.S.A's southern states.

Bubba: "Pa, why is Ma making them strange sexual noises?"
Pa: "Your brother Cletus is givin' her a good ol' Hillbilly Handshake again. C'mon son, lets go watch Nascar in our trailer while we grow our mullets. AMERICA!"
