Kaker

A family designated nickname for the name Kayla. She is adventurous, fun, kind, hardworking, and down right adorable. Used as a term of endearment. Can also shortened to "Kake." To be called Kaker by someone means that they are very close to you, probably an immediate family member or best friend.

Little brother: Hey Kaker, will you come play black ops with me?
Kayla: Hell yeah.
