Sack Swell

Sack swell is when a guy is pompous and full of himself without good cause. He thinks he has big balls cause his sack is swollen. He’s “all sack no balls”.

Man, that guy Josh has a serious case of sack swell. He’s acting like he’s the big man but it’s all show.
