URBEX is the process of exploring and documenting significant abandoned buildings, including those with historical importance that otherwise would be lost and forgotten. Specifically, when URBEXing, you should leave only footsteps.

"Retail-URBEX;" Exploring abandoned retail/commercial establishments specifically. Similar to URBEX, the idea is documenting retail before it's gone.
