A sex move in which a persons tongue is placed on a persons ass hole, completely covering it in a flat fashion. the person who's ass hole is being covered then proceeds to pass gas, and making the persons tongue, flap in the mud.

Dude, your wife was so drunk last night at the bar!! She was giving mudflaps to EVERYONE!
