A cold sore (Herpe) that is brought on by a sickness (Flu).

John: Holy crap! Look at the size of that Herpe on your lip!

Larry: Its a cold sore! I have the Flu, dick!

John: Oh, your right thats no Herpe! Its a Flurpe!
