A Jimmy Boy is a man who has never been arrested, has never had a parking ticket, has never had ANY involvement with law enforcement, and is being used by the mafia, organized crime, drug cartels, etc has the "store front" manager. A Jimmy Boy is a manager of a mafia owned business and/or shell business for the purposes of MONEY LAUNDERING. For example Marty Byrde of Netflix 's OZARK is a JIMMY BOY.
