Miss Ana is a slang name for anorexia, often used between those who struggle with it and won't be able to join in sharing a meal with others, or having one on their own.
Jen: "Hey Ryan. You wanna go grab a bite after work? Half the team will be there."
Ryan: " Hey Jen. I'm not gonna be able to join you all there. Miss Ana is in town, so I have to pass today. Thanks for your understanding."
Jen: "Of course, Ryan. I hope she town leaves soon. Let me know if you need anything."
