From Latin/Greek roots

porc- (pig) → porcist / porcian

Someone who abstains from pork.

Porcist (noun) – a person who abstains from eating pork.

Usage: “I’m a porcist, so I don’t eat bacon or ham.”

Adjective form: porcist – “I follow a porcist diet.”
