An amazing person who lights up the room he walks into. He's extremely loyal and caring towards his friends and will go great lengths to help them. If you know an Ali, take care of him because he's so busy with others he might forget himself. He likes to sleep and often nods off, turning into a ball and starts rolling around.

Guy #1: Hey, what's that ball doing on the floor?

Guy #2: Oh, that's my roomie, Ali. He's a cool guy.
