To slap ones male genitles around the facial features of some unexpecting female.
This can take place whilst oral pleasure being given and the penis being removed and smegging taking place.

X was givin Y oral pleasure.
Y removes penis from the X's mouth.
Y then slaps X around the face with the penis.
