PAB out 

A use of the PAB (pussy ass bitch) abbreviation. An especially egregious way to leave or remove yourself from a given situation while exhibiting a lack of courage, endurance, toughness, strength or any combination of the above. Often exhibiting feminine traits although not necessarily.

As soon as Sean's wife called he had to PAB out.

Sally had 2 beers and PAB'd out.

I have the flu so I'm pabbing out of work early.

When the dog died at the end of the movie Bill had to pab out so we wouldn't see him cry.
