Kanye uses autotune and other electronic means to alter his singing voice in order to appear that he can actually sing. The end result sounds like urban yodeling.

A cheerleader or dancer who lacks rhythm and moves spastically while cheering or dancing.

Weezy can't sync with the other cheerleaders. Her spastic motions make her a pepileptic.
