An adjective referring to the person who can very nice and occasionally funny but is unfortunately very lazy and has no other redeeming factors. We all had a quimby friend that we enjoyed hanging out with.

Girl one: Are you still going out with Todd? He's such a nice guy.

Girl two: No I dumped him, what a quimby.
