Boyfriend territoy is the places on a girlfriends body that only the boyfriend gets to touch. Obvious ones are boob/vagina, but there is also the small of the back and waist/hip area.

Person 1: Oh my gosh! He just lead her to that room while touching the small of her back!

Person 2: Are they dating?

Person 1: They must be! He went into boyfriend territory!
