brown crack

An uncommon nickname for tobacco, derived from the fact that nicotine is said to be as addictive as crack. Also possibly descended from the fact that pipe tobacco smoked from a bong can produce psychoactive effects in quick order, similar to crack.
I'm going to the tobacconist for some brown crack.
