1. To act like a skudds. Being loud and disregarding set rules in place of your own yet maintaining a social prowess.
2. To be in the state of mind to start or get into a fight.

1. Lets go to the party and skud it up!

2. I'm skudding right now so lets exit the bar before I do anything the bartender might be upset about.
