Noun. The insecurity felt by men who have something usually associated with women, and who must therefore describe the thing with "man-" in front of the term.

"How do you like my man bun?"
"Dude, don't flaunt your mensecurity. It's a hair bun."

Verb. The act of peeing as a result of sneezing. Most common during pregnancy. The word is an amalgamation of "sneeze" and "piss."
