An adjective, used to describe someone's words as being suitable for an emo poem or song.

Johnny: When Sally rejected me, a sea of a thousand demons penetrated the lining of my soul and my internal soul was epiphinatic.
Jimmy: DUDE, that was way too emopoetic.
