Fartful

That which is abrubtly and sensibly expressed artfully. It is most probably full of hot air but is also actual. Sometimes, it stinks to hear it but it spells relief in colourful ways and usually leaves you with a wincing smile.

"Pepe Le Prince is legendary because of his fartful wisdom, his salt and pepper cape and his his very honourable accent."
