Is when one Mormon goes out of his was to help another Mormon. The one that needs the help is the one that does the handshaking by chocking on the other cock. Long and hard.

Rich lost his job and needs money so he calls his Mormon brother for a job. After the Mormon handshake he gets the job. Usually with more pay the all the other coworkers.
