Sklier 

A Person that would do anything just to get acceptance from the public by hating on someone they barely even Know

This person usually does this to get attention from the person that they're hating on by trying to cancel that person in question to try to fit in spite showing complete lack of integrity and respect

Person 1: man you heard that person on Twitter saying that Kendrick Lamar makes garbage ass music?

Person 2: yeah man that guy is a sklier bruh!
