A person who does a drug (speed/ice) just to put out the impression of something he not, and only acts tough when surrounded by so-called homies who don't like him but it's where everyone meets up to use drugs ended up doing a tad bit much more than what he can handle so now he's all frentic and sketch of those who are really there for him trying to be there for him.
