South of Cheese 

Any place that you are at or people you are involved with, in which that it may be run down, lame, full of cheesy people, cheesy, stupid, and lacking any sort of cool factor. Kind of like saying "Yea, that is about as cool as a wet fart."

" Ugh, do you remember that bar we went to last night, total South of Cheese."
