Somebody who pretends to be more rich than he really is.

A: Man, I can't believe Laura's boyfriend picked up the tab for dinner that night! It came to almost 150 dollars.

B: You think he is rich? He is a Ticking Rolex. I was the one who gave him a lift home because he didn't have enough money to hail a cab that night. He was just trying to impress her.
