When someone gets very congested with stupidly thick snot and generally feels like shit. Usually is accompanied by a headache and sore throat.

"Mommmmm! I can't breathe! I'm so shnocky!!"

"I wouldn't come to visit while you're in the hospital, but I've been feeling shnocky."
