1. an inability to attain or sustain an erection for the performance of a sexual act caused by the viewing or experiencing of something grotesquely disturbing.

This was derived from the term "Shell shock" which was a term used to describe soldiers that were disoriented and unable to focus after returning from combat.

"I didn't get laid last night because my boyfriend had shellcock from walking in on my grandma while she was giving herself an anal enema".
