Poor guy ate too much ecstacy and devoloped craterbrain. You can find him talking to cars and other inanimate objects.

A Euphoric feeling caused by any number of drugs that leaves the user feeling unrestrained and free from his shackles of everyday life.

I had a head full of acid and smoked a spliff and felt totally emanicapated.
