A sausage fest, as in "PARTY" without "T and A" ... a party with no (hot) girls or where the ratio of guys to girls is overwhelming and the only way of receiving any sexual favors is of a homosexual nature.

Definition was invented by me several years ago and has increased in popularity.

"Hey man, did you go to that party last night?"
"Yeah, but it was a total pry, there was only like 2 girls."
