The paralysing cramp you get from holding on too long before going to take a poo which leaves you frozen in a stating of pain from the cramp and fear of shitting on yourself

Guy 1: did you finish that car yet?
Guy 2 : I'm about to go out and finish it now just waiting for shit cramps to fuck off so I'm not pooralyized
