Noun. A person who steals a lol that was actually intended for a comment made earlier by another person and mistakenly accepts it as being for their comment. This commonly occurs on what's app and occasionally causes lol envy.

Stop being a lol thief, you know that lol was for I said.

Noun. A feeling of discontented or resentful longing aroused by someone else accumulating a multitude of 'lols' for a comment made by another person.
