An acronym for Be on the look out. Used on America's Most Wanted for fugitives that are usually rapists, murderers, or thieves. Also used when searching or looking for someone or something.

Please bolo for Osama Bin Laden.
Hey man bolo for any sexy girls when we get to the club.
