Weightial Profiling is the act of predetermined beliefs about a person due to their weight

while at a work meeting:

Daniel: Hey Troy, you want the last donut?
Troy: WTF man, is it because I am fat? Thats Weightial profiling and it will not be tolerated in the work place!
