The defining characteristic of male friendships. It is the event when men bully each other in a semi-serious, semi-joking, upfront, and purely verbal manner. When bros brolly each other, they usually pick on a very esoteric character trait of the brolly target so that only themselves know they are brollying each other, and to the outsiders it seems like bullying.

Joe’s friends brolly him for being always sleepy.
