A person that knows it will fail at something, only to be waiting for it to happen again.

Person A: Oh god i think i'm gonna fail the test, i really want to know what the results are.
Person B: I don't. We have more tries to fail again.
Person B: You're not an optmist nor a pessimist...You're a waitimist!
