Someone who give up the chance to have sex with an attractive female.Person who is not to your liking. Or it could refer to someone who is gay

If u and a friend and he gives up a chance to have sex with a attractive female you would he is considered to be a fag nigga. Or A person who is being complicated for an unknown reason.
