1) Meaning a mental state toward a person, task or both.

2) Not being nice.

3) coping an attitude, usually by a female.

Bob: Did you tell Sarah that you forgot her Bio notes?

Tommy: yeah, she wasn't happy.

Bob: what happened?

Tommy: well she got all attitudy judy and started cursing at me.
