To drink in a surreptitious manner, esp. when referring to drinking on the job or a PTO meeting.

Colleague: “How do you deal with going to your kids’ sports events at the end of a forty hour week?”
Me: “To be quite frank, I just pre-game by straight gorkin’ it from lunch onward.”
