Facetwittering is when a person uses facebook and twitter at the same time (usually for a long period of time.)
Nikki: "Jordan, have you seen Jimbob anywheres lately?"
Jordan: "Noo, he got a computer last week and he's been facetwittering ever since."
Jordan: "Noo, he got a computer last week and he's been facetwittering ever since."
