The act of wantonly destroying your own property in a fit of rage. Normally done in the least sensible way possible.

Oh man, I couldn't sleep last night because I had this pounding headache. So I Donato Smashed my head against my headboard until I lost consciousness. Got my 8 hours sleep in but I'm starting to smell colors now.
