1. The breakdown of life in space. An astronaut losing all hope and feeling that his/her return to Earth will not make any kind of difference to anyone.

2. Track 10 on the self-titled album by blink-182. A truly amazing song.

Floating above Earth alone in the car-sized space capsule, the astronaut began to doubt that anyone cared about him and contemplated never returning.
