When a girl has sex with a guy named josh, she is said to have a joshful. Josh's are usually well-endowed so this is a feat.

E.g.

Carolina: OMG Sally I had a joshful last night
Sally: NO WAY. I had a joshful too!
Jerry: I had a joshful too! I hope we didn't all have the same josh!
