Hickshire 

A person or place of a provincial background. Derived from the words "hick" and "hillshire" of Hillshire farms. Commonly associated with trailer trash and country bumpkins. Known in short as "shire".
Those people from Gresham are really hickshire. I can't believe they eat squirrels for dinner.
